Sven is a qualified marketing manager (NIMA – Holland)  with a post-graduate diploma in business management from the University of Stellenbosch. He has over 30 years’ experience in the motor trade, working in retail and wholesale in South Africa, UK and Europe.

Natashca manages all financial aspects of the business, leveraging over 20 years’ experience in the finance field and tax consulting. Natashca may be contacted for all account queries and related questions.

Anzelica,  the Head of Strategic Partnerships, brings over 5 years' extensive International experience in Europe and invaluable business acumen to the company's market research/mystery shopping initiatives. Her leadership ensures that all projects are executed with precision, providing valuable insights that help our clients refine their services and improve customer satisfaction.

We employ several full time and part time mystery shoppers in Gauteng, Cape Town and Durban, but we can cover all areas of South Africa and neighbouring countries like Swaziland, Lesotho, Botswana and Namibia

Felicia, the Head of Devision, is responsible for managing the entire Call Centre business. With her strong leadership and deep understanding of call centre operations, Felicia ensures the seamless management of our outsourced services & customer API integrations, delivering high-quality customer support solutions to our clients.
